Typically we are ‘All Sales Final’ with ‘No Trial or Approval Periods’. Any payments received (cash or items) on fully or partially completed transactions are non-refundable.
HOWEVER, Approval Periods & Returns may be offered on Case-by-Case Basis. In order to be eligible for an approval period you must speak with me (Jim Pallotta) and obtain the specific case-by-case conditions from me in writing (and you must agree). This will never apply to items such as pedals or amps.
Forms of payment: Major Credit Cards, Paypal, Wire Transfer (required for all international transactions), Cash.
Local trials available by appointment. We are an ‘internet only dealer’ and do not maintain an showroom; however, on occasion I can arrange for an in-person trial of specific gear.
