Spec Sheet
Wysocki Strat : Just 6lb-13oz Old Growth Private Stash Woods!
Description:

Larry Wysocki is THE “Go To” supplier of exotic woods to the top luthiers on this planet.  You order a $20+k acoustic….chances are Larry gets the call for the woods.   He has been at it for over 50 years.  He travels the globe searching for the finest examples of tone woods for guitars.

Yep….I have another!   The most popular new brand I had during the past 12 months.  Larry makes maybe 6 guitars a year.  Each using select handpicked woods.  He crafts each piece by hand.  The result is about the most beautiful sounding, looking and playing guitars I’ve had in the shop.  I pay more for these just to have them around because my clientelle wants the best.

Here are some quick facts but you can see ALL the specs & detailed condition in the 3rd picture:

  • 2015 build
  • 1-piece air dried Ash body.
  • The entire guitar weighs just 6lb-13oz which is just about unheard of for a trem based strat.
  • The neck is 1-piece reclaimed sinker Maple (reclaimed).
  • A d’pergo with these woods would cost $18k….see what I mean?
  • The board is an 80-year old BRAZILIAN ROSEWOOD
  • 9.5 Radius
  • .83″ – .96″
  • 1-11/16″ Width
  • ROLPH Pickups
  • ORIGINAL Hard Case
  • Non-smoking
  • Very light arm contact wear on top of guitar/finish
  • Couple of very tiny surface pinhead dings

Chances to acquire a Wysocki Guitar come around once every blue moon.
